Hello! I’m Hellen James, and I’m the founder of Unified Coffees.
I started Unified Coffees because I was tired of seeing all the coffee blogs out there that just told you how to use coffee beans and grinders, but never explained how to brew the coffee you’d made.
So I created this blog to help people learn how to make their own coffee, so they could save money and have more control over what goes into their brews.
I’ve been drinking coffee since I was a kid and even though it’s trendy now, it was always something my parents did, too.
So when I started college and took a marketing class that required me to do a project, I decided to create a blog about home brewing as part of that project.
After graduation, I kept on writing about home brewing and other related topics, because it really interests me!
Since then, my knowledge has grown exponentially not just about brewing techniques, but also about where our food comes from and how we can be sure it’s good for us (as well as good for the environment).
